Fantastic stay with a prime location just steps from the beach. Excellent rooms, especially in the Serene Wing with its pool access. Friendly staff, and the buffet breakfast was a treat every morning. Explore the nearby markets for some fun. Looking forward to returning soon!

I loved the spacious pool access room in the Serene Wing. It made relaxing by the pool super convenient! The air-conditioned gym was a nice touch, and having tea and coffee facilities in the room was a lifesaver after a long day exploring. I totally enjoyed the daily complimentary bottle of water!

Everything was very comfortable, exceptional service, magnificent location close to the restaurant, a clean sandy beach with good waves for swimming and body surfing, and the promenade down to the beach. The room was a nice size and well laid out, had very clean and included coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. Nice hot breakfast with great food nearby was a nice touch.

The hotel offers spotless, new-fashioned rooms with a private jacuzzi and the balcony, as example. The property offers delicious meal in the morning with yogurts and different pastries to choose from, as example...

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room with Pool Access in the Serene Wing. The room was spacious and had a comfy king-size bed. I loved having direct access to the pool, fantastic for quick dips. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided bottled water and tea, a nice touch. The bathroom could use a refresh, and some areas felt a bit dated. The overall vibe was great though!

The hotel is very big and so it wasn't easy to mix with other people. We were there at a time when Thailand was having some political unrest and so I suppose that accounted for the sparcity of guests.

The Old Phuket, Karon Beach Resort, Sha Plus offers a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach, really good room cleanliness, and a varied breakfast spread including fresh fruits and hot meals. The staff were highly efficient and communicative, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any requests promptly.

The whole experience, from check in to checkout was a pleasure, the staff were helpful, courteous, efficient.....the hotel was comfortable to the point of being homely...... we loved the jacuzzi, the proximity to local shops, restaurants and massage parlours........... thanks we had a ball.................

My family had a great time during our stay! The spacious pool access room was perfect for us. The staff was prompt and efficient, handling all our requests and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, the delicious breakfast with a variety of hot meals and fresh fruits kept us energized for our days out exploring the local markets and attractions nearby.

Sightseeing, shopping, swimming, eating out, meeting people.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the air conditioning. It was a little noisy at night when sleeping. Sometimes it was needed during the night and I felt it was a little noisy.

When we arrived there was a problem with the booking of our reservations. I did not understand why as we made the 3 rooms reservations back in November.....They upgrade us to a better room but only after a discussion with the management....Also they made us paied in advance and only afterwords made the remark of the "oberbooking" at the hotel - they place the other 2 couples in a different hotel for one nigth (and then we demand the upgrade for all 3 rooms and for the rest of our stay).
